At Waste Equipment we understand the vital role that communication plays in the service industry. We have all had a product or service being delivered to our home or business and have been given an enormous time window that leaves you feeling frustrated and stuck spending a day waiting. Combine this frustration with the fact that you have something that is keeping business from flowing as usual and that's a big problem. At Waste Equipment we have created streamlined systems that keep our employees and customers in the know throughout the entire service process which we've detailed below.
Wouldn't it be lovely if you knew what time a service company was going to show up? What if they gave you two hour window of when they were going to arrive and kept you up to date on the status of the job? Well folks, that is exactly what we are aiming to do throughout the service cycle. It's pretty easy really. When you request service you will receive a window of time when the technician will arrive. When he is on route to your location you will receive a notification that they are on the way. Then, when they start the job you will receive another notification and again when the work is complete. The technician takes detailed notes of the work performed including parts used, pictures of equipment including before and afters, and a signature of the manager on duty. Our office staff sends the invoice and updates the personnel who originally requested the service the same day.
