Cardboard Baler Installations

Select location for new unit to be placed. Make sure there is enough room on all sides of the unit for safety and serviceability.
Place unit in location and secure to the concrete with anchors.
Connect electrical to customer supplied disconnect.
For a baler – Raise the cylinder and install into it’s operational position
For a compactor – Install any necessary safety switches on feed doors etc.
Check all fluid levels, grease unit, make sure unit is in proper operating order
Check all safety related switches and stop buttons.
Give customer brief tutorial on machine
Clean up area and that is all:)
